His reanimation ability seems to be based of nin but his strength is really high and resist is really low? im not sure whether to decrease attack and increase resist or ? Any ideas? Reply

I usually give Orochimaru Life. Play to his strengths. His jutsu takes his standard so he won't be attacking all that often. If he dies before he can pull it off then you wasted several turns of cooldown.

Ye that makes sense but what do you decrease for life attack?

It doesn't matter. Literally doesn't matter unless you've got every other usable ninja fully mooded. Then worry about specifics. You're playing the RNG game and you will lose. Just get +Life and worry about the negative after you've fully decked out everyone else.
