You get most power from training potions,refine runes,rune stones,so focus heavy on these.You can spend every 2 weeks around 2k coupons to get 100 flag fragments,to unlock all cards in assist ninja training,where yo use training potions.Refine runes,you know the deal-groceries,sage,space-time shop,monthly events.For rune stones,just save 1050 or 2100 cave keys,and wait for cave rebate.
So,you don't need to spend all your coupons,to power up.Best is to save as much you can,then spend when you have 25-30k and fuku deal is on.
Those gave me a lot of power (around 5-6k). I heard that summons give you a lot of power too, so try to get some unbound runes and upgrade them. Oh, and maxing out the battle armor (with the cloth) gave me about 1.5k power. I dont know much about the secret scroll, so I think someone else has to help you with that.

I don't have much power myself (around 60.000) so don't expect too much from me
. It's true that ninja assist and mount Myboku (how do you spell that?) give a lot of power, but if it's getting expensive I would say you should focus on group skills. Those gave me a lot of power (around 5-6k). I heard that summons give you a lot of power too, so try to get some unbound runes and upgrade them.
