Supposedly free draws count as normal scrolls so it should work but free event scrolls you can get from draw events apparent dont count towards your count according to some streamers.

I have seen dozens of pulls on youtube and every single one of them got a rare at the threshold.

no 10 single draws does not give you a garanted 3 star like a draw 10 would you can still get stuff from it and it still counts for the 400+
