Depends on what you want to get, you can spend in Konoha outlets (GNW Madara if spend during 13th or 14th), Konoha great tree (GNW Madara or Suigetsu or anything else ^^)... if you feel lucky, you can try Wheel of Fortune (try to get 100 Shisui frags).
If you want Kisame, you might miss 52 fragmets (Konoha outlets had Kisame fragments on Thursday... so you missed that opportunity)
However, we got 80 fragments of Kisame for free in fireworks, so you might only need the fuku packs to get him 4*...

all depends on your taste, team you want to use and rest should be used on power..

What you got Kisame fusion 80 frags from firework? I’m I reading this right?

It was last year around this time (Oct-Nov 2019) way before China introduced the BTs. I highly doubt Oasis would have put Kisame on firework if China introduced it earlier.

So we could have possibly got sage of six paths Naruto if China announced his breakthroughs in January they would’ve most likely given him out around Christmas.

China already has his breakthroughs so naruto 6p on our server for the fireworks reward is unlikely.

Decent packs if u want kisame, shisui or madara, lucky stars is always a good event, if you redeem training pots only it's 50k+ power
