There was a box that featured the first 4 seasonal ninjas in an event recently. I don't remember where cause I don't need them but if you care to have those ninjas, read the descriptions of the reward boxes in every event.

other than being an old seasonal ninja of summer 2018 and summer 2019, she was in few spinning events along this year, disappeared for a while then (recently as Danzo said) she was in the previous cycle of oct 29th, Naruto’s Ramen Party, 7 points per box up to 100 redeems (3* max without having fragments previously).

How the game works is that if you get a really good ninja at the start of the game it’s one of two things it’s a glitch or there going to bait you by giving you a good ninja but your going to need support ninjas to make that ninja a god so you have to spend money into the game or to use that ninja and keep up with the rest of the players in power your going to have to spend money into the game.
