Dang I would call that an Oasis glitch but it was actually in favor of a player. Event nin to my knowledge (including seasonal nin) aren't available in seal draws which makes you luckier than a f2p getting Kurama Naruto in their first 50 draws.

How the game works is that if you get a really good ninja at the start of the game it’s one of two things it’s a glitch or there going to bait you by giving you a good ninja but your going to need support ninjas to make that ninja a god so you have to spend money into the game or to use that ninja and keep up with the rest of the players in power your going to have to spend money into the game.
