When i pull in treasures it keeps freezing and getting stuck and sometimes i pull a ninja it freezes so i close the mini client then check back then the ninja is gone.

Hello,
To be clear, are you saying that the display showing the ninja is gone when you get back, or the ninja that you received is no longer recruited?

When i draw and get a free ninja my screen freezes then when i close the page and log back in my ninja that i drawed is gone

Do you have the free draw back, or is the draw used up?

the draw is used up and when i get the ninja it crashes then the summon and my ninja is gone

Hello, to ensure a proper connection to the game, please try clearing cache and flushing DNS. To look into the issue regarding your draws not giving you the character after the freezing, please contact CS via a ticket. Describe, in as much detail as possible, the issue, and send them any screenshots that you have that might help simplify the process.
