Forum mods do not decide on compensation. Once we are told whether or not there will be compensation, that will be announced.
Next time there is a bug, it is highly recommended not to assume it is merely visual. Instead, you can ask on here or the official Discord about the nature of the bug. Alternatively, you can check your fragment count to see how the fragments are being credited, though this will cost you a few spins. Both cases are better than spending all of your tickets.
