Agree. We should all be given a flat compensation of 50 Kotetsu frags, similar to how they gave out Hiashi frags last season due to a glitch in the ranking system. It is their fault for putting Guren in via bad coding or something, not ours for assuming Kotetsu's frags would be in there since that is a perfectly reasonable thing to expect.

These support center doesnt do a sh1t :p They give same replies etc but no action No matter how many time we complain bout such bugs etc

I advise to send that to CS, so they can have a direct record of your account, and the number of times you have pulled, etc. I will be asking in regards for compensation as well.

Because they don't solve the problem, they are essentially talking dolls, just passed the information and then the higher authorities decide.

Someone didn't update the season draw, it's still using the 2019 rewards, look at the lantern.

the problems up here in s15's too,i think its a game-wide problem lol,AND UPDATE IT,IT SAYS 2019 REWARDS (i dont mind it,i wi* is 2019 too)

Hey this is no fair I spend 400 tickets saved them for like 2months+ and got crappy stuff(basic refine runes, * small amount of keys, scroll fragments) with less than 400 coups and now you guys changed it back and put great stuff so basically, I got scammed just because of doing it early?

I want my compensation because this is by no means my fault for just doing the draw early.

Yeah, I would be for compensation as well... Didnt even notice till now since I got used to it being the right Ninja and so I Just press till its all gone since there is no "Great Price" to be hyped for

EDIT: also, the Support center Server list only goes to 330, Im in 372... Stuff like this is why people who arent addicted dont spend here anymore...

i rather happy with this :3 my kotetsu already guaranteed to be 4 * star atleast now i got guren to 3 star . hahaha
