He's a healer that deals 1-3 damage to all your ninja each turn (to proc passives like the curse mark) and creates clones to soak up hits. He's good for teams that setup his chase and he can help with chases that require 10 hit combos since each of his clones perform a slap attack.

For my fire team I use: Scarlet Blaze, 2* Choji, Kabuto, and Anko and they all combo great together. Anko & Kabuto really compliment each other's chase abilities.
