Hello!

Generally, servers that are at least 60 days of age will receive Cross-server events after the next maintenance. Based on my understanding of what you wrote, you are saying that 60 days have passed and you do have cross-server events. However, you are unable to see Space Time, even though you are level 79 (the requirement for Space Time is Level 70)

If you believe you are missing features that you should have access to, please screenshot the issue with Time Stamp and Server ID and report it to Customer Service directly which can be found here.
