The Experimental Packs is bugged as of this moment. I'm not sure if it's fixed already or not yet so for now, avoid opening the packs when you get it again. As for the missing items from opening the bugged packs, please submit a ticket to our Customer Support via Ticketing System and provide a screenshot if possible. If you have no Screenshots for it then we will check it through our system. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you.
