Hi,

When i try to login s1208, loading screen stucks at %14 but it works for s17. When i share my mobile data plan to laptop, i can login. It works on mobile too. Also i tried 2 different laptops and still can't login. But my firneds can login my account :D everyone but me.

I tried every solution in the forum;

cleaning DNS, ctrl+f5 deleting cache, Brotsoft files deleting, re-installing mini client, copy+paste of chinese link that shown in the screen and clicking advance section after it, disabling Enforce deprecation of legacy TLS versions, activating flash in settings, left bottom in the screen clicking and naruto clinic, tried internet explorer, opera gx, microsoft edge and chrome, vpn also.

All of them didn't work, still can login in s17 and not to 1208 or 1232-1230 etc for 2 days.

It gives "Login verification (Exceeded Request time #50001)... Please log in again!" error.

Does anyone face and solve this problem?

    You are unable to login to s1208, s1230, and s1232.
    You are able to login to s17.
    Other people are able to log YOUR account into s1208.
    Other players are able to log into s1208 (I verified this).
    All listed servers are European servers.

    Is that correct?


    What region are you geographically located in?
    What region are your friends geographically located in?
    Have you attempted to login to the game using a different ISP?

My friends are in Turkey too.

Yes, i also tried in the office and still can't login s1208 and 1232.

  • Would you say that your internet connection in the office is better or worse than your internet connection at home? Also, would you say that your internet connection at home is good or bad? The reason I ask is because it sounds like you're having a problem connecting to the server that is caused by both a local side and the server side being out of sync. This is, unfortunately fairly common, bust most people's connections are robust enough to handle the small amount of desynchronization. The problem is magnified if a player's local connection is particularly poor, however, and we see a situation where other individuals can log in just fine, or other people can even log into their account, such as what you're seeing. This c*so be magnified by being outside the region in which you're playing, and is usually resolved by using a VPN and setting it to the region in which you're playing.

    Since you're able to log in using your data plan, that most likely confirms that this is a problem with your internet connection. You have two real options moving forward. You can contact your ISP to see what the issue is, whether it's a blockage on your end, locally, or on their end (whether they're blocking the game, or they're limiting bandwidth), or you can put in a ticket with customer service to see if they can help, but they will most likely tell you to contact your ISP.

I got better connection in the home than office. Also if it is about the connection, how i login to s17? But yes sometimes in s17, arena gives same error, login verification failed and corrupted the matching. But i can't even login to s1208.

I checked ping and it seems okay, under 50ms always. To talk to my ISP for blockage, what can i say them? Is there anything special that they can block? Can you suggest spesific protocol or port?

I sent a ticket and still keep discussing with them.

Still didn't figure out differences between servers and this failure, if i can find a solution i will add here.

Is there any ip limit? I heard somehing like that before but couldn't confirm by anyone.

Thank you. I wıll cantact to ISP tomorrow and will keep contacting and discussing with Customer Services too.
