Hello,
I believe that "Resolved" means that your issue, whatever it is, has been completed and, well, resolved. This means that the customer service agent in charge of it has marked it as completed.
Is this in regards to your ongoing issue with accidentally spending all of your ingots? If so, this is why it was marked as "Resolved," they most likely consider that issue finished.

i have not gotten contacted back they told me it was auto closed in a diff ticket so am i getting lied to or?
