I have the same exact problem. I have tried at least 20 different pictures, but none have worked.

This time, I made sure it was the right dimensions (as I'm sure the others were), and this is what I got. It's like this every single time. I've tried to clear cache, cookies, everything. Nothing's worked. This post was last edited by ShadowFire at 2016-9-25 10:50

184(min height) by ergh, 200 something? But I even get it when I use the exact dimensions (184x184)

The file size is only 12KB
