You said that for passive 1
Y+1 is a stronger buff than +2. Just to be pedantic, only for high chakra. Y only works for all chakra over 20. if you are dealing with chakra steal or need to spend for other mysteries it goes like this:
Chakra:
0: Both the same buff
10: +2 is stronger by 10%
20: +2 is stronger by 20%
30: +2 is stronger by 10%
40: both offer same buff.
50: Y is stronger by 10%
60: Y is stronger by 20%
70: Y is stronger by 30%
80: Y is stronger by 40%
90: Y is stronger by 50%
100: Y is stronger by 60%

Since +2 has the chakra steal, it is strict better till 40 chakra (if you go for damage mystery, till 60 since you need 20 to cast), and only significantly gets better around 70-100 chakra :)
