My normal Kyuubi team has GNW Kiba, but he's there for 1) his "clone", 2) damage, and 3) the 10-hit combo. In this case normal 3* Kiba would work too.

My lineup:

Scarlet clone x
Tenten Kiba clone
GNW Neji x x

(I'll assume you'll get GNW Neji).
Summon: chameleon.
Talents: Dragon flame, flame, phoenix fire, fire enhancement (red lotus secret if I'm wrong and it actually does something), oboro clone.

Strategy: it's all about the initial damage with mystery plus 10-hit combos.

Actually, with flame jutsu GNW Neji isn't crucial. Never mind about him OuO

Anko wouldn't be bad either; just put the barrier up and leave it there until last round. That's for the fire enhancement.
