"his crazy scaling"?

I am not getting involved in this whole thread, there is already too much to read, correct me if im wrong but wasn't it confirmed that sasuke's scaling does not stack ? he drains chakra at the end of the round and the buff that provides only lasts for the next 1 round?

Kushi's scaling is consecutive, each round her scaling builds on top of the previous rounds power up, sasuke does not meaning whether she has attack or defense skill her scaling would still dwarf sasukes. I think i remember reading that?
