1＃ Go ToHello
At the beginning I will write that the methods from the li
nk: https://forum-narutoen.oasgames.com/page/show-post-47667-1.html don't work. Every time in hours 19:00, 20:00 and 21:00 in Server Time I have trouble logging into the game. Sometimes got Black Screen or the loading bar won't load but when I finally log in, the game doesn't work properly. Various messages appear like: "Exceeded Request Time..." etc. The problem occurs on browsers and Client, as far as I know, many players have a similar situation.
The problem occurred on October 7th here, only Puffin works fine.
Do something about it please, because it's really getting annoying.

Are you ONLY have problems at these times, regularly, day in and day out? If so, they maybe peak load times and you should contact your ISP and see about upgrading your service plan.
Otherwise, if the suggested fix did not work, many players are finding that using an older version of Firefox or Chrome works for them, but it sounds like your issue is actually a local issue with your connection, and not the game, if it is sporadic and happening only at specific times.

Only Naruto Online has a problem in these hours. Other sites like YouTube etc, works fine. When I play this game on my phone through the Puffin browser nothing bad is happening. I will add that it works on the same connection (WiFi), so it's not the fault of the internet. In this forum i saw posts from players saying they have a similar problem to me.

Unfortunately, ability to use other sites like YouTube does not translate directly into using all sites with equal parity. Different sites, applications, and programs have different loads, and this game's can be quite severe. What you are most likely experiencing is a poor or unstable connection between the game's servers and your own internet connection in tandem with peak traffic load that is causing these disconnects. There aren't many other explanations for disconnects that only occur during specific times.
One fix would be to use a VPN and set it to different regions to see if that helps with the connection. -
