Cross-Server related events usually open after 50~60 days of your server from the day it opened. But from what I know, Sage World Battlefield won't gonna happen as long as it lacks players. I could be wrong but I will ask my superiors about this to make sure and will get back to you. Thank you.

Well my server just completed 2 months last week. How many people we need to join SWB? I know that we need 15 to open with just one server but if it's cross server then should be less people, right? But even the Matsuri isn't cross server and we are going to 70 days of server

Your server will be able to enter Cross-Server Events after the next maintenance upon reaching the server age requirements of 60 days. However, from what I've heard, some servers might get a problem with being able to enter the Cross-Server Events and if this is the case, it will be better to report it in our Bugs and Support Section, or much better if you will send a ticket to our Customer Support via Ticketing System.
