or
Kushina, Hashirama, Blaze Scarlet and Shikamaru Chunnin
Hashirama does more buff, and does a good control, but Garra does shield, buff and a huge damage on turn 2 If Shikamaru Chunnin use his skill, so what's the best? -

You are implying u use the damage mystery but you should be running kazekage with L2 mystery for barrier control and shields anyway.
Hashirama is miles better
I have to agree, I test both in Mitsuri Challenge and Hashirama seems more useful, because he have a plan thar buff all my team, and cause Immobile, so Hashirama helps to my team makes a good control, thanks
