So I found this great combo with lightning main for Arena. It is a simple line up yet a very effective. Hinata's accupunture can be triggered through either Kankuro's attack with the puppet, hinata trigger combo, or either Sasuke's mystery skill or lightning's main mystery skill. This guarantees you can disable your opponent every turn (assuming you do not target a clone).

You usually want to start with hinata's skill, providing protection for kankuro's puppet to survive so you c*e the poison during round 2. During round 2 most people target your main trying to disable him from using his mystery skill, however kankuro's puppet mystery skill is far superior and is reccomended to be triggered during round 2. The long lasting poison effect melts opponents away. In the case kankuro is disabled you c*ways use your main's mystery skill, which is also great. Both kankuro's regular puppet combo and mystery skill (with puppet alive) triggers Hinata's acupuncture. Your lightning main's mystery skill also triggers Hinatas accupuncture thus make sure you target one of your opponents ninjas who is about to use a mystery skill. Overall the goal is to let kankuro's puppet survive so you can unleash the aoe poison round during round 2. After round 2 you c*e both Sasuke's and your lightning main mystery skill. Also when you release Sasuke's lightning barrier, you also en up with Hinata's acupuncture combo thus you have plenty of option for disabling an opponent ninja each turn.

This line up is very versatile and can adapt to different scenarios, for instance if your puppet is killed before you cast Kankuro's mystery skill you can simply opt to use your lightning's main mystery skill and vice-versa, it is also situational and depends on the enemy line up. Usually do not use the posion aoe skill if you enemy ninja has a sakura or water main healer, you would have to wait for them to use the heal and then use the skill. Overall if played properly you can beat most lineups. You should climb through arena ranks pretty quick like I did.

I have included my lineups and talent build. Perhaps the summoning can become more effective with a legendary one but I still do not have one of those.
