Orochimaru has konoha mark
Maskman has konoha mark
Obito Ten tails has Konoha mark
Madara has konoha mark but why does GNW Madara not have a konoha mark??
Please add konoha mark for madara GNW thanks. -

in the time that the plot/canon happened, no one knows the real identity of masked man or madara white mask
minato only thought masked man is madara and doubted himself, while the shinobi allience know that obito states himself as madara but got confused as soon as the real madara got edo tensei'd.
so both masked man and madara gnw has a 'confusion' tag instead of a village tag ingame.
who ever he was / claimed to be. the fact remains that only uchihas have sharingan. and uchihas are only from konoha.....
the moment he had sharingan. used a uchiha coat/clothes "the violet" is already speaking all out that im from konoha uchiha. the clothes/eyes are like flags of a country and used a madara weapon/sword. should have made him a konoha mark.

It may also simply be "game balance." The Konoha tag is a powerful one with many uses.

cant dispute this. yea agree. with this. was hoping to combo him with iruka thats why i suggested that he would get a konoha mark. but yea cant argue with balance..... but still am hopeful...
