both passives because it scales with ninjutsu the healing, thus if your ninjutsu rises you get more and more heal

  • No the healing is based off of your base ninjutsu. It has nothing to do with scaling.


hmm strange, i could had sworn i'v seen one of the icex's post saying something about scalling, maybe im wrong
