try to follow those steps :)
- Click Start > All Programs > Accessories.
- Right-click Command Prompt and choose Run as administrator.
- When asked whether to allow Command Prompt to make changes to your computer, select Yes.Note: If you are asked for an administrative login, you will need to contact your system administrator.
- Type "ipconfig /flushdns" and press Enter.
- Type "ipconfig /registerdns" and press Enter.
- Type "ipconfig /release" and press Enter.
- Type "ipconfig /renew" and press Enter.
- Type "netsh winsock reset" and press Enter.
- Restart the computer.

how do i do that on chromebook
* First, you need to enter the following address in your browser’s address bar and press enter on your keyboard.
chrome://net-internals/#dns
This will load Chrome’s net internal settings page. From here you need to click on the ‘Clear host cache’ *on, and Chrome will clear up its DNS cache.

This flushes the cache and also connects to Google servers, which can be quite faster than what your ISP defaults to.
