you have been here way way too long to be that naive, even if you were someone who rarely visited the forums and just played the game, anyone who has spent more than 5 minutes here knows oasis pay no attention to these forums whatsoever.
There was a time when they pretended to care, remember when they very briefly ran polls and then did the exact opposite of what the paying customers voted in favour of? but that was long ago, oasis stopped pretending to see us as anything other than * stuck to the bottom of their shoes many moons ago,making the approach to problems and suggestions completely irrelevant, the best any of us could hope for is some catharsis from voicing our thoughts
You expect sound and reasonable criticisms but the majority of the people aren't doing that, instead they are just venting in a childish manner hence why he pointed about the insults. Everyone will figure out their opinion don't matter to Oasis and they either stop playing, stop voicing their concerns, or to continue being stubborn that someday Oasis will listen to their concerns.
Also, I just saw a post where a person vents and acts like a child about an issue he has no understanding about game mechanics. This is not how a community should act if they are requesting for assistance. Even if Oasis listens to players' requests, brensonlee's point is still valid. If you want something done, you don't insult the person who has the power to do so.
