• its all about rng, and luck, long ago i got minato 4th from this event for 400 cps, and never gotten an rng ninja from then so its all about luck, there isnt a limit to how much times u can get him i dont think so, but i just never seen someone get an rng ninja more than once from the same event, also when spending into an rng event...its best u dont actually go for the jackpot ninja since the chances are below 0
