There has been quite a bit of discussion on discord on what the translation of Summer asuma's Smooth Summer Passive ,,,on who gets the 30 percent stacks of ninjutsu some are arguing it only goes to Asuma and some are arguing that the who team receives the Stacks ,,,,can someone please clarify this for me so i can calm down the discord with some actual facts ,,,because i must admit after reading the wording i can see how both sides consider themselves correct
