Asuma wind blade is the one you might use long term. Also Shikamaru chuunin to a lesser extent.

(Normal) Gaara isn't bad either, especially early game. There are a few that costs so many points I don't think it worth investing in them if you're a beginner, also many can be obtained by seal scrolls.

Choji GNW. He is pretty good when you got his BT and he is really cheap.

as 上杉謙信 said go for choji gnw, he is hella chap and u could use him with lightning main and the leach buff and healers, u need to keep redeeming his frags untill 4* then use vials to get all his bt to max
