Asuma wind blade is the one you might use long term. Also Shikamaru chuunin to a lesser extent.

(Normal) Gaara isn't bad either, especially early game. There are a few that costs so many points I don't think it worth investing in them if you're a beginner, also many can be obtained by seal scrolls.
