well US servers get breaktrough for Shin but DE server not.

Instead of this the DE servers get an Update for more Ninjapower, which means that:

- The maximum character and ninja level will be increased to level 110;

- The maximum ninja training level is increased to level 83;

- Ninja can awaken to red +7

-The maximum equipment enchancement level will be increased to level 110

- the mission redward for My Court Ninja Orders has been increased by 106-110 levels

- the maximum reinforcement level for Orange Treasure is increased to level 105

- increases the maximum guild donations that can be made daily from level 106-110, including 900 copper coins, 800 gold bars
