1＃ Go Tookay. so every time I try to change my password after getting granted an appeal to change it keeps on saying oops cannot save your account info now please try again at a different time. I have tried this every day for 2 weeks now. I get the same thing every time. pls help
Also i don't have a li
nked recovery phone number of email. kind of forgot to do that.

Hello, sadly the only thing you can do is go to Customer Service, and inform them that this is happening. Please PM me with the server number and name of your account and I will pass along what is occurring in hopes that it expedites things.
