Its probably kotetsu hagane because he is added to the game but he isn't any events

Oasis tends to add updates/ninjas in advance. This is why you see breakthroughs being released without being announced. The list of seasonal ninjas are in konaha proxy so you can check and once you see any of them show up earlier in the season then you know its going to be released next.

it's kotetsu bro, the only recent seasonal ninja added to the game, other similar ninjas like Yugao, hayate geko etc..... was added to other versions OR websites before kotetsu but they are still not within our game version.....and especially that the new season started already it can't be any of them and it's clearly kotetsu hagane

ya but actually he opens the gate with Izumu not sure of the spelling tho, but not Genma, Genma the one with a senbon in his mouth (toothpick like japanese traditional item for dangos etc...)
