  • Kimimaro's mystery can be dodged, there are ninja that can decrease their cooldown too, or ninja that can decrease other ninjas cooldown. Just because YOUR team can't counter kimimaro doesnt mean he should be changed

Can't deny the fact when you need to have a certain ninja to counter another than that ninja is just broken, in the past only ashura could beat ashura, same with kakuzu and edo hiruzen these ninjas were only countered by edo itachi or else you were screwed, kimimarro is too op for a 20k ninja and his mystrey changes the outcome of the whole battle with just 20 chakra.
