You don't need to be Pay2Win to 5* Edo Minato with max breaks. I'm like 63 frags away from 5* and he has Max Breaks and I never spent a single penny.

  • To be honest getting edo minato 5 star as a f2p isn't really that useful.

1, you'll have a bigger advantage against 3* or 4* versions, even if both P1s are stacked.
2, Ninja Collection System now gives benefits to 5* ninjas even more.
