I was surprised and disappointed when I read Shirley MacNutt's letter about the disgraceful condition of the post office flag in Ladner. However, I am now doubly disappointed because I note that the Canada Post flag is Tsawwassen is in an even worse state with only a "ragged, torn piece" of red.
