Hello, as for great plates not resetting. Please let me know next time the event is around if this does not reset. I will do what I can to rectify this. Regarding the treasure tools resetting. Are you the only person that has access to your account? I have seen instances where other players log in and sell off the old treasure tools. Please ensure you are the only one with access. If not, you can try contacting CS regarding this issue as well.
