I'm a player from S316: Liger Bomb. I'm writing this not only to report my issues but also to warn other P2P players about Oasis's attitude and actions towards its clients which are horridly terrible. There are 2 problems that I'm going to bring up:
1. Great Plate's "purchase limit not reset" bug
This bug first came up on 29th April 2020. I could not buy any extra Great Keys which belongs to Great Plate event, due to the purchase limit did not reset despite I havent bought any keys before.
Thereafter, it have always remained at 0/5000.
I assert to you that I didn't spend any coupon on Great Plates. Being frustrated by the bug, I sent 2 tickets to seek out for support, the service answered quickly, but no actions were made to fix my problems. This issue even extended until the last Great Plates event, no improvement at all though the support said to look over the problems, contact the technical team/ developers. However, the Great Plates event ended with my utter frustration.
2. Loss of The Entire Treasured Tools
I dont know if anyone also suffer from this, but problem is by far the most damaging and terrible that happened to me Before today maintenance update, my battle power was 1,274,446. (You can look at the image No.1 indicating power change). However, suddenly, right after the maintenance, it dropped drastically twice, which was to 1,208,204 and finally to 1,177,304. I quickly found out this drop of power was a result of the loss of my entire treasured tools. All of my Treasured Tools which I have invested resource have gone. For no reason at all. I assure that I have not customized or sell the tools.
With this recent incident occurred to me, I believe the day that I quit this game will come real soon if the game provider does not resolve or give any proper answer to my problems. I hope through this post, y will know actually how Oasis treats its clients.
