Probably because you don't have a lot of decent and reliable ninjas to build a team that can consistent results in ranked. That's why no one could give you advice. You need people weaker than you (in terms of initiative and that they don't have good ninjas) and it doesn't help that you are on an older server and majority of the people have past your power level so the amount of people isn't a lot. Also, focus when to stop doing ranked after losing so many times in one go. Know when to do ranked since ranked is most of the times full of whales within the first 2 weeks of the season month.

The only thing I could suggest is build your power level including initiative and slowly build your ninja collection. Collect more frags for kushina, and killer bee (8 tails) so you c*e their BTs once they are 4* and please post with the strategy section. You are more likely to get incorrect info/advice on general than on strategy since it attracts less rounded people.
