Your mission should be - Reach level 70.

It should say something like this but except 73/74, you will see 69/70 :

  • There is sub plot but not main plot mission and i cant accept one because there isn't one to get from tsunade.

    I have scrolled through all of them.

When you finish Sub plot mission, you will receive more main plot missions.
