I think it because gaara doesn't have any break for his standard.


If they add any break or skill trail for his standard in future then you can get full glow. (It's my guess)

The reason its not a full glow is because your passive is +1. You get full glow/blue aura when you have all gold. Since we dont have his standard unlocked yet, its not gonna be full glow unless they let it be so without his standard.

what Huoying meant, and asGoku07 said is you won't be able to get it till skill trial is released cus of that Y+2 standard attack skill, as for some lame reasons, you can not redeem frags into Y books, just regular +1 or +2 books. that is why u need skills trial in Gaara's case unlike regular kimmimaru.that's why u don'tget the larger chakra effect displayed.. cus in case of kimi he just got those 2 skills, while gaara seems to have gotten all skills in game files, at the same time u still can't acquire all of them , so u will never get the higher grade animation till then hope that answers your question :)
