so, question is why does my MAX SBT Gaara not have the BIG blue flame animation when fighting?

for example my kushina here, has only 3 of the 5 skills broken, but gaara has all of them, yet animation is the same (screenshot below)

why is that? please some fix it? oh yeah, and at the same time, my max broken Lee and Kurenai have the BIG flame animation... why :D

I know it's not important for fighting but it would look cooler, so yh
