Done it today. It was very hard. You need so much luck and patience to pass it. I changed class to Azure Fang special for this Exam. My tactic is poison based dmg and ingnition. This level more luck based then power based i think, but i passed it with 27k power.

Tried about a dozen times with the formation and the said skills config at 27199 Power. Didn't work. Have you actually play-tested the suggested setup?

Switching class to pass the exam is merely *ternative at user's discretion One should not have to switch class just to pass an exam, however, for doing so would be an admittance of 'failure' of that class. I believe that each class is adequately equipped with skills and traits to handle variety of scenarios. Due to these varieties, however, certain class may have an inherent advantage over others on certain exams.

By trial and error, I am currently playtesting Fire Main + Hinata + Tobi + Kankuro. With a bit more power, perhaps at 28k, and further tweaking of Hinata and Scarlet Blaze's moods, I think the Exam 95 can be conquered without switching class.

I beat 95 yesterday with fire MC, hinata, tobi, GNW kankuro and 25k power, talents 33321 with kyoshoku deer i think

have 25800 power at this moment

if hinata not blocked at 1 round all attacks - retreat (if she have more than 9k hp so you can try)

i bet lvl 100 exam with 26kp power. its certainly doable.... i use fire main ningendo mostly. make situation where ningendo can immobilze 2 enemy with his chase

like naruto auto combo to immobilize 1 and fire main clones repulse to immobilze another 1
