  • Thats a goof on translation, it is not every round it is end of first round. That guy slipp wouldve been correct but sadly its not.

it's not a mis-translation

at the end of each round, he will get a 15% ninjutsu buff from each of 10 chakra remaining

so assuming at the end of every round, you can give him 100 chakra.

at the beginning of round 10 he will have a 1350% ninjutsu increase

and i'm not kidding, im serious!!
