Save 30k if you can.You never know,what fuku deal they put on.

As for spending on power,is good,but you need someone better than 6p Naruto.Edo Minato is good choice,for now,in future maybe will worth to get Samehada Kisame,or kimono Shisui,when their BT come.

Think average price to get him from zero is around 18k,so with 30k will be close to 4 star him.Depend of the event he is in.If they continue to give packs in fuku deal,and include Minato in the pack,it will be even easier to 4 star him.
