Recruitment Feedback can be changed, to be honest, but it will depend on the player's demand. If the demand for a certain treasure is high then the possibility is there. But if you are suggesting for a treasure with almost no one wants to spend their Seal Scrolls then you will not see it any time coming to that rebate event. Thank you.
