Working under the assumption that you mean Kushina (full breakthrough) and Minato (no breakthrough) by your phrasing, your chase should be just fine. It should look like this. I don't see a problem. This should work just fine?

If you instead meant to say that Minato has a full breakthrough as well and is using Y breakthroughs (not specified), then your chase would look like this, and this is your problem: You are lacking an additional knockdown to repulse to continue your chase chain.
