You don't even need particularly good ninja to beat it on Expert. Samui, Karui, normal Sai, Lightning Main with basic Shiba Dog low float->repulse chase and Bloodthirsty Demon+Lightning Armor will let you win if you go on full auto and walk away. Just need clones, chase, and healing. Lightning Main Anbu passive will let your units full heal every turn just from the chases.

trust me Kabuto Halloween works better than combo teams anyways if you dont want to use kabuto halloween then heres an 18 combo team use Chiyo chikamtsu, karui and pain tendo with lightningmain Talents 3-1-1-1-1 and summon = Rhino
That is true. But not everyone has all of those units/summons. I was giving a budget lineup for it. You could definitely replace Sai or Karui with Kabuto if you got him from the event a few weeks ago.
