It's around that area but it's a bit random so u wanna have like 10% extra over what you are doing just incase, i did it twice and one time it was 98 stam per flower, other it was 111. No idea about servers i am on non merged one, but for tips just make sure you use all your free stamina that week, you can get like 30-40 flowers without pots.
