Depending on how old your server is, the low/middle power players aren't joining matsuri (or any other event) so matches end up being not equally fair in terms of matching. This means the amount of players queuing would be heavily more on the OP side.

Matching should be really based on the amount of wins have gained (just like matsuri arena) since the same scenario will happen if its based on power or level.
